The Cellar
A successful wedding between tradition and modern times

Built in 1995 in Rolle, next to the vine nursery, our wine-cellar combines tradition with new and functional technology.

The wine tanks of chrome-nickel steel allow controlling the fermentation very precisely and in the same time preserving the typical flavours of each variety of grapes. It’s interesting to know that most of the winemakers think, making a good white wine is one of the most difficult tasks.


Because a white wine of high quality has got freshness and acidity and on the other side a delicate, fruity and exquisite perfume.
We have got our own vinification (wine making) installations, which allow us to give our typical finger print to the wines and to hold a regular and high quality from year to year.


The “barriques” (oak barrels for 225 Litres) are used for the maturation of the specialities.
