This Gamay has an intense purple color and a bouquet with blackcurrant flavors. Very fruity with notes of berries and soft tannins. Perfect with light meals and starters or as an appetizers.

Dark ruby color. Spicy bouquet with raspberry notes. Finely structured on the palate, aromas of red berries with sweet bitter taste. Goes well with meat, poultry and cheese.

Matured in the oak barrel on the yeasts. Extraordinarily fruity bouquet. In the mouth, rich and soft with delicate flavours of grapefruit. In the end mineral and harmonic taste. Goes well with Asian meals, curry dishes or cheese.

Made from a selection of small clusters of grapes, this sweet Muscat reveals itself in all its typicity. A stockage of some years develops the flavour complexity well known of sweet wines. Amber color with notes of candied fruits. Recommended with melon, fois gras, blue cheese or desserts.

100% Swiss, a hybrid of Garmay x Reichensteiner, the Gamaret deploys its aromatic potential and range of tannins after some years of maturation. In the mouth, notes of red berries and spices, accompanied with a harmonic bitter taste. Goes best with a  good piece of meat, venison and cheese.

A typical feminine Pinot Noir thanks to a limited harvest. Elegant bouquet of red fruits with a vanilla note. Smooth in the mouth, with discreet tannins. We recommend to devant the wine in order to deploy its wide range of flavours.  Goes well with meats in sauce, poultry and cheese.

Creating a wine without added sulfites means going back to basics!

We take nothing away and add nothing. 

It has not been filtered to keep all its original structure. 

To be kept if possible below 18°C.

Serve between 12 - 14°C.
