Domaine Rosset
A family story since 1785

The Domain Rosset is located between Geneva and Lausanne, in the heart of the wine area named "La Côte", more exactly between Mont-sur-Rolle, Tartegnin and Rolle, birth town of Frédéric-César de La Harpe, famous for his role in the independence of the canton of Vaud.

Since 1785, the passion for wine and the know-how are passed on from the father to the son. Philippe Rosset, wine-grower with diploma, winemaker is now on the head of the enterprise and is pleased about the gold and silver medals, his wines win regularly on Swiss wine competitions.

Chasselas, Gamay and Pinot Noir, but also Gamaret, Merlot, Chardonnay, Muscat and Viognier deploy their complexity in the vine yards. These lay on the sunny hills on loamy lime soils, which give the typical mineralogical taste (so called „terroir“) to the wines.

“La Côte” is an area with a lot of charm, where life is pleasant, cosy, with a view on the Lake Geneva, the French Alps and by good weather on the Mont-Blanc (Top of Europe), and where you are welcome to visit the wine-cellar and taste some of the excellent wines.
